About purchase

You can select the payment method from credit card (lump-sum payment only) or bank/wire transfer.

Notes on purchase

■Delivery■
After confirming the payment of the Q＆ Service Ticket fee, we will send a notification containing 5 ticket numbers to the e-mail address you provided in the application form.

■Cancellation of application■
Cancellation of application is not permitted any time after you has made payment with credit card or by bank/wire transfer.

■Return■
Return of the product is not permitted for any reason except for the case described in Item 3 of Article 5 of the Q&A Service Ticket Agreement.
